Home Sweet Home

My hiatus is over.. That's right I'm back!!!  Work has been super busy lately but today it seems to be slowing down a little (thank goodness)

So as some of you may already know.. J and I have a cute little fixer upper back home that we plan to move into when J finishes with law school.. so for the past month or two I've been saving pictures of different things I like from the COCOCOZY Blog... and so far this is some of what I've got. 

We are planning to start our re-model in February or March of 2012 (if everything goes according to plan).  So I'm clearly jumping the gun.. but the way I see it.. It's never to early to start looking.

Living Room Ideas

Our living room is one of the few rooms we aren't doing anything to in the house..

It's not huge but it's workable and with all the space we are planning to add on

and all the updates we think we can make it comfy and homey much like the following 

Love this but I'm not sure J will go with the color scheme

like the colors but not so much the chair or rug

This is probably be closer to what we end up with

Kitchen Ideas

Our Kitchen is very small and very out dated

so our idea is to gut it and our formal dinning room to make a 

larger, more modern in kitchen with a bar 

I like the cleanness with a splash of color

this is pretty much the exact layout for the kitchen but smaller

I like the idea of this if we can't make it bigger

Guest Bathroom

Our guest bath is long, narrow, ugly and has an awkward window

so this bathroom seemed like the perfect update for that room

Master Bath

We are thinking of turning one of our extra bedrooms into a master bath

and walk-in closet so we have lots of options for these VERY IMPORTANT rooms
